Angry Birds Refresh - Summer Mayhem Update

The 'Summer Mayhem' update is now available! The update will be applied automatically when you restart the game. The major changes include:
- Added Summer Pignic as a playable episode.
- Added Minion Pig to the Bird-O-Matic.
- Added Go Green, Get Lucky's proper background in its level selection. Looks much nicer now, doesn't it?
- Added ambience to the Space-themed Golden Egg.
- Slightly re-designed Bonus Content Mode chapter selection.
- Fixed particles in Go Green, Get Lucky.
- Fixed remaining bugs with birds blinking.
- Fixed Power-Up bar, the Mighty Eagle's button and the Slingshot button staying after ending a level with no birds.
- Fixed bug where the Power-Up button would become visible (when it's not supposed to be) after resizing the game's window.
- Fixed pause menu not filling the screen on certain 4:3 resolutions.
- Fixed scaling with other UI elements.
- Restored transparent tournament loading screen from mid-2013. We just thought it looked cool...
- Other UI adjustments.
- Other fixes.
